As for the tunes, well, they're rad. "Gobstopper" is reminiscent of early Dinosaur Jr. "Watch" is another standout track. Basically, Crushstory was emo before there was a term for it.
Crushstory opened for several touring bands, including Tilt and Reverend Horton Heat. They also did a spot-on cover of "Strutter."
